Mum's Fit - Outdoor Session

I've had the pleasure of working with Joan Palmer, of Mum's Fit and Buggy Fit, quite a lot over these past few weeks. She's revamping her website and as such has needed up to date pictures of some of her fitness classes. This particular session was of one of Joan's Mum's Fit classes that she runs weekly in Pittville Park. It was great to see so many Mum's getting outside and enjoying the exercise routines Joan set for them.

Mum's Fit

Last Monday evening Joan Palmer booked me for 30 minutes to take some photos of one of her Mum's Fit sessions. The brief was to capture a a variety of natural shots of Joan giving out instruction and pictures of the Mum's both in sitting and standing positions. The photos will be used on Joan's website.
