This family was fun with a capital F! Despite their daughter, Emma, being very shy to start with, by the end she was bouncing around as much as her brother!

The brief was to capture some nice family shots of the whole family and perhaps a few of just the kids by themselves. Pittville Park is simply stunning at this time of year; the colours really pop and cane make for some really striking photos.

We started the session on the Pump Rooms side of the park before heading through the tunnel to the Boat House side. The santa hats were pulled out pretty quickly and the kids in particular were keen to be photographed wearing them!

We played lots of games, such as peeping out from behind trees, swinging from branches and generally messing around. The family were more than happy not to be directed, which always makes for better photos as they are far more natural. It was a fabulous shoot that I really enjoyed.
